Class Details…
Practice mindful self compassion techniques from a certified MSC teacher.
This is an 6 to 8-week class series and each session is 2.5 to 3 hours long, with a break.
We will discuss practices, MSC research and reading materials that you can do on your own outside of class.
Mindful Self-Compassion practices are therapeutic not therapy. You are encouraged to meet with a regular therapist and keep a journal during this 8-week class.
Cost for this class is $550.
MSC discount: $50 off when you embrace difference. Bring a friend of a different race, gender, political party, or religious community.
