Shared Forgiveness classes are therapeutic not therapy. I strongly recommend that you have a licensed therapist support you while taking this class. I also recommend journalling and connecting with a supportive friend throughout the process.
During our classes, we’re going to make space for safety. Emotional safety is essential, whether we meet in person or online. We are required to use compassionate listening ears and "I" statements. We will not fix each other but focus instead on the practice.
Covid-19: When meeting in person we will follow safety of wearing masks and show proof of vaccination before class begins.
