Forgiving & Caregiving Your Aging Parents

Next class series:

  • Time and Date determined by class consensus.

  • 6 to 8 participants per class

Forgiving aging parents is a necessary conversation born from my professional experience as a hospice chaplain, as well as my life experience as a caregiver for my own parents.

Changing roles from child to caregiver is difficult, and to care for someone when you are angry with them can feel almost impossible.

Together we will work to make this process more peaceful by using forgiveness and Mindful Self-Compassion practices.

"Forgiveness is the final form of love."
