What will we learn?

Learn how shared kindness to self and others is sacred. Learn the benefits of Mindfulness for developing peace of mind, reduce anxiety, depression, high blood pressure. Lean how our mind and body just work better. 

What will we unlearn and relearn?

At the end of each class you will learn self shaming and self criticism do not motivate us to do more with our lives. We can not hate ourselves for our own good. You can learn to put down the heavy emotions that slow down life’s journey. You will however be asked to love yourself deeply and trust that you know what you need. One breath at time.
